On Tuesday the 6th July 2021, the third and final round table event for Owner Operators took place. These events were the first series of the Environmental Stewardship Groups look at the state of the sector in respect of the climate emergency and carbon reductions.
The agenda provided an update on the ESG and its progress, sharing some early headline comments, concerns and opportunities. In addition, it looked at the specific challenges in each of the 4 key sectors of our industry and considered what opportunities for transferable knowledge and learning opportunities there are and how we should be looking towards combining forces in addressing this challenge.
