Jon Cross of the Environmental Stewardship Group, also spoke about how we aim to help lead the bereavement sector towards sustainability, which will help to reduce the end of life impact on the environment.
This is another fantastic step forward for the ESG and for the sector in raising awareness and the education of the public to the impact which end of life services has on the environment.
On Tuesday the 6th of July the third and final round table in the first series of the Environmental Stewardship Groups look at the state of the sector in respect of the climate emergency and carbon reductions took place.
Thursday the 8th of July saw the ESG welcoming representatives of the Funeral Director profession at their 3rd round table event.
